Safety and Security Office

The Safety Office is responsible for handling all safety investigations, training, and inspections throughout county facilities. The office is responsible for ensuring that Monroe County employees comply with safety standards.

The Monroe County Safety and Accident Prevention Program is established to provide specifically defined goals and objectives for the safety, health, and welfare of all employees and for the protection of the public. The program is established as a subsidiary to, and in compliance with, all federal, state, and local regulations.
