Responsibilities
The Human Resources office is responsible for handling
- All job vacancies
- Employment applications and advertisements
- New employee orientation
- Paperwork pertaining to hiring and personnel actions
- Public records requests
The office also keeps employee and applicant files, writes job descriptions, and maintains the pay plan.
