Jessica Quiggle has litigated in Florida for over a decade. Jessica earned her B.A. in English from UNC Wilmington in 2010, magna cum laude, and her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013, magna cum laude. In law school, Jessica served as Executive Editor of the Law Review and interned with the Assistant United States Attorneys’ Office for the Middle District of Florida, the Chambers of the Honorable Harvey E. Schlesinger, Senior Judge for the Middle District of Florida, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Prior to joining the Monroe County Attorney’s Office, Jessica served as an Assistant Deputy General Counsel at the St. Johns River Water Management District and practiced maritime and civil litigation in South Florida. In 2025, Jessica became Board Certified in State and Federal Administrative Practice by the Florida Bar. Jessica has successfully completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy deposition and trial programs, the Trial Lawyers Section Advanced Trial Advocacy Course, the UF IFAS Natural Resources Leadership Institute, the Compass Leadership program, and the Grow Coaching Program.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, boating, fishing, camping, gardening, cooking, and watching her two sons play football, baseball, and basketball.
