Donald has a B.S. in chemistry, an M.S. in biotechnology, and a J.D. from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. As a biotech patent attorney and former U.S. diplomat working in various countries in Eurasia, Europe and Asia, Donald is skilled in client relations, contract law, negotiations, licensing and enforcement, and public/legislative policy. Having most recently come from the National Institutes of Health, Donald has experience in federal contracts and grants. He is further aided by his international experience, contacts and knowledge of governmental structures and industry organization support systems in fostering trade and business worldwide.
Mr. Townsend represents the Information Technology, Transit, Fleet, Emergency Management, and Solid Waste Departments.
